How selling to us works
Four steps. No surprises.
Call for a bid
Tell us the commodity, rough moisture, and about how many bushels. You get a firm number and a delivery window on the spot — not a “come on down and we’ll see.”
Bring it in
Scale in, probe, scale out. The grade happens where you can watch it — moisture, test weight, damage — nothing behind a wall.
One ticket, no fine print
Weight, moisture, dock, and price itemized on one page. You sign what you can read, and nothing comes off your check that isn’t on it.
Paid fast
Check or ACH inside 48 hours — most days, same day. No net-thirty nonsense, no chasing anybody down.

Harvest doesn't wait. Neither do our lines — trucks unloaded same day, every day we're open.
Plain answers
The questions everybody asks.
What’ll you pay me?
Whatever’s on the board that morning — and if you call, the number we say is the number you get. No teaser bids that shrink when the truck’s already loaded.
When’s the check good?
Inside 48 hours, written on the ticket. Most sellers have money in hand the next morning.
What if my beans run wet?
We dry on site. The dock schedule is printed and posted at the scale — same math for everybody, whether you farm 300 acres or 3,000.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Only if you want one. Spot loads are welcome. If you’d rather lock a price for later delivery, we write forward contracts through next July.

At the scale
What to expect when you deliver.
Probe and grade in front of you
You’re welcome in the scale house. Watch the sample pull, watch the meter read.
Posted dock schedule
Moisture and quality discounts hang on the wall and never change mid-season.
An itemized ticket, every load
Gross, tare, moisture, dock, net, price. If it’s not on the ticket, it doesn’t come out of your check.
Posted at the scale
The dock schedule.
Same math for everybody, printed before your truck crosses the scale. These are the only deductions that ever come off a check — if it's not on this schedule, it doesn't come out.

“I started this company because selling grain shouldn’t feel like getting worked. If our bid’s fair, I’ll tell you. If somebody else’s is better that day, I’ll tell you that too — and you’ll still leave with a cup of coffee.”
